NEW & PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND SELENA GIANES, THE OWNER AND SERVICE PROVIDER OF BRFORE & AFTER CLEANING SERVICE, AN OWNER-ASSIIGNED ENGINEER, WLL MEET AT THE CLIENTS BUSINESS/HOME UPON REQUEST FOR CONSULTATION THAT GENERALLY LAST BETWEEN (30-60) MINUTES. THE PRIMARY PROCEDURE FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CLEANING ESTIMATES IS EXPLAINED AND QUOTED ON-SITE WHEN CLIENTS CALL THE OFFICE…DURING CALL CLIENTS ARE TREATED WITH THE SAME DETAILED PRESENTATION AND ATTENTION ABOUT THEIR INTEREST AND QUESTIONS.
During the ON-SITE or phone consultation the following items will be discussed:
We will review your cleaning needs as well as our policies to service manual, payments, schedules, and any other questions you may have.
A detailed cleaning plan, complete with room/areas of clients profile of business/home, will be viewed and approved, we will need to sign the service agreements can be either mailed, faxed or given to the assigned engineer to be returned to the office. Clients are asked to promptly sign and returned all plans within seven to ten days of receipt. Service can be declined for non-completed plans or if a plan has not been signed and agreed upon.
A set of keys/code needs to be provided for our office upon clients request clients can choose other instructions for entering and exiting the businesses/home on cleaning day, we need to be notified of any instructions about clients performances.
All plan estimates are quoted at time of consultation . Different options apply to each individuals descriptions of business/home . A complete detailed breakdown of your particular profile and what cleaning duties, task and procedures will be included for your cost services.
Please keep in mind that the consultation is for all parties to meet or discuss and share information regarding the servicing of the business/home. Not all cleaner-client matches are appropriate, therefore we reserve the right to decline services.
